Data provided to us in our application forms is stored on a server located in a secure site within the European Union. All information will be kept confidential and will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, the information provided in the application process will be used in the recruitment and selection process and may be disclosed to those employees of PPS Works Ltd and their client(s) who need to see it.
If your application is unsuccessful, then your data will be held securely until it is destroyed after 6 months. If your application leads to an appointment, the information captured in the application process may be used by the client in order to provide the basis of the confidential personnel record for administration purposes during employment.
In applying for a vacancy, you agree that your application details may be held securely by PPS Works Ltd on behalf of the client you are applying to.
