MORS Job Process
From CV submission to placement, the recruitment process on MORS is powered by a series of statuses, which are time and date stamped and recorded on the system. All statuses are therefore auditable and reportable.Temporary Process
- New Applicants are loaded to the system by recruitment agencies
- The recruiting team reviews CVs uploaded by agencies and moves relevant CVs into Line Manager Review.
- A Hiring manager can search and view all live jobs on MORS added by him or her.
- Hiring managers have the option to reject, interview or offer applicants.
Permanent Process
- New Applicants are recorded on MORS as they fully complete the application form as a New Applicant and receive an automatic email acknowledging their application.
- The recruiting team can Telephone Interview applicants.
- Hiring manager can search and view all live jobs on MORS added by him or her, and can view the jobs added by managers who report to them.
- The Hiring Manager can view the following applicant information:
Applicant’s uploaded CV, Applicant’s Application Form, Recruitment team’s write up of the telephone interview, Dates and times of status changes to the applicant - The Hiring Manager may choose to Regret, Invite to Interview, or Offer the applicants.
- There are various additional system generated statuses that power the recruitment process.
