MORS Features
MORS from PPS provides an end to end temporary and permanent recruitment system for use by corporates. MORS automates the recruitment process from job creation to offer stage.Data Upload
- Candidate data can be uploaded into MORS manually or it can be automatically from our online application forms.
Job Creation
- Hiring Managers are offered a list of possible new vacancies relevant to their position within the organisation. Role profiles and specifications can be linked to all new vacancies by the use of the template.
- The amount of detail on the job template will determine how much additional information needs to be added every time a new role is raised. With detailed templates, the Hiring Manager may only have to confirm such details as start date.
Approval
- MORS allows up to three stages of approval, often configured as HR, Director and Finance approval. Not all approval stages need to be used – MORS can be set up with from three to zero approval stages.
Adverts
- Certain information for adverts are often generated from the job details entered by Hiring Managers. Additional data can be added manually in order to complete the advert.
- The job can be published directly to the client intranet and the client careers site.
Application Form
- Jobs in MORS can be accessed directly by potential applicants through a client careers site or an intranet site.
- All jobs display their specific advert.
- Applicants are required to input text responses or select from drop down answers to various questions on the application form.
- Applicants are required to upload a CV (resume)
Agencies
- Our temporary recruitment clients and our agencies are supported by our technology, the Agency Module.
- PPS' temporary recruitment desk assigns agencies to jobs when a role is raised by Hiring Managers.
- Agency users receive automatic email notifications when a relevant vacancy is posted on in MORS.
- Agencies upload the details and CVs of suitable candidates.
Timesheets
- MORS incorporates online timesheets for temporary workers which delivers time savings for Hiring Managers.
Email / SMS Editor
- MORS allows emails or SMS messages to be sent to groups of applicants. This allows large volumes to be managed easily.
