An applicant tracking system (ATS) is a software package which allows electronic handling in a recruitment environment. At PPS we use our own in-house recruitment system (MORS) which shapes and moulds to the needs of our clients. Our software doesn’t hold us back – it grows with us.
We design a bespoke recruitment system that houses all your applicants’ details and CVs under one roof. With a pool of data (uploaded either manually or automatically) for every candidate that applies, it is easy to assess their suitability for a role and even easier to transport applicants through your recruitment process.
Reports
Our system tracks every activity completed, from the submittal of a new candidate to regretting an applicant after a telephone interview. This monitoring function enables us to create insightful management information. Upon request, we can deliver reports that provide a through overview of your campaign – with the facts and figures that you want to know about.
Talent Pool
A common predicament in recruitment: an applicant may not match a certain criteria for one role, but might just be an excellent fit for another. At PPS, our applicant tracking system (MORS) also functions as a talent pool. So, when facing the dilemma of ‘right candidate, wrong job’ our system can transfer the candidate’s details to the designated talent pool section. When the right opportunity appears, our recruitment team can simply pull off the candidate’s details and inform them of the new role. If interested, the candidate can then be placed into the recruitment process without the need to complete the application form again.
There is no limit to the functionality of an ATS and at PPS, ours is constantly growing to improve the service we offer and the service our clients receive.
