Applicant Tracking Systems

Our web based applicant tracking / response handling system allows applicants to apply via our online application form and allows us to track responses throughout the recruitment process.

Its design is intuitive making the application process quick, simple and easy to use. We use competency based questions as part of the process and it is configured to regret those applicants who do not meet your set criteria.

The system will provide bespoke management information and diversity monitoring data, and will allow for assessment centre planning. We can customise it for your organisation ensuring you have complete control over your recruitment process.

Temporary staff management software

PPS has developed an on-line system to manage from end-to-end, the temporary recruitment process, from initial vacancy notification to final placement and timesheet processing.

We give you the ability to create jobs from a variety of customisable templates, raised against cost centre and hiring managers.

Agencies can submit candidates against defined criteria including skills, hourly rate and qualifications.

The system manages the process of CV sifting, interview and offer.

Our comprehensive offer process allows the line manager and the agency to agree on a pay rate, within the limits set by HR.

Clients are able to view who is hiring, where, when and at what cost. 

Employee Survey Software
