PPS has developed an on-line system to manage from end-to-end, the temporary recruitment process, from initial vacancy notification to final placement and timesheet processing.

We give you the ability to create jobs from a variety of customisable templates, raised against cost centre and hiring managers.

Agencies can submit candidates against defined criteria including skills, hourly rate and qualifications.

The system manages the process of CV sifting, interview and offer.

A comprehensive offer process allows the line manager and the agency to agree on a pay rate, within the limits set by HR.

Clients are able to view who is hiring, where, when and at what cost. 


Retention interviews software

All data collected from interviews is recorded on a database. It:
  • Gives authorised users the ability to review and manipulate results to help shape their retention strategy
